Lots of us take vitamins, especially multivitamins. However, we’re beginning to learn that multivitamins in pill form are hard for our bodies to absorb. Therefore, we aren’t getting all of the vitamins when we take a multivitamin pill. Vemma is a great alternative to a multivitamin pill, as it is a liquid multivitamin and antioxidant. You get essential nutrients, as well as many other health benefits from using Vemma daily. It is also recommended by Dr. Oz! I was very excited to be able to try out some Vemma for myself!
I received the following product for review:
I received Vemma in the 32 oz. size. The 32 oz. size is a 30 day supply maintenance dose, or a 15 day supply non-maintenance dose.
Vemma is chock full of 12 essential vitamins, 65 plant sourced minerals, whole fruit mangosteen, and organic aloe vera. These all help to nourish the body, and help boost your immune system, give you energy, fight free radicals, as well as promote good vision, skin, and digestion. It has Vitamin A, C, D3, E, Thiamin, Riboflavin, Niacin, B6, B12, Foliate, and more. It’s also all mixed together with purified, reverse osmosis water, so you don’t have to worry about any impurities in the liquid.
Vemma also does not contain any gluten, artificial sweeteners, artificial colors or flavors, preservatives, soy, dairy, or high fructose corn syrup. It comes in BPA free packaging.

So, how did it taste? I know that the thought of essentially a liquid multivitamin sounds pretty gross, but the Vemma Liquid Antioxidant was actually really tasty. I first tried it at room temperature, and it wasn’t bad, but once I tried it chilled, I actually really liked it. It has a nice, fruity taste, and an almost smoothie-like texture. I definitely didn’t mind taking this every day!
I took 2 ounces a day, and simply used a shot glass to measure it out, but any measuring cup would work. Here’s what the Vemma looks like:
The liquid multivitamin seemed to work pretty well. I replaced it with my normal multivitamin, and could feel a little bit of a boost after taking it for awhile, which I’d never noticed with my typical multivitamin.
Overall, I really liked Vemma. I liked knowing that it was easier for my body to absorb the nutrients in it, as opposed to the pills I’d been taking. I also liked that Vemma comes from natural, plant-based sources. If you’re looking for an easily to absorb multivitamin, you should definitely check it out.
Vemma also makes other products, including Verve, an antioxidant energy drink, Bod-E, which includes protein shakes and other nutrient rich drinks, and Vemma Next, a Vemma liquid supplement for children!
Buy it: You can buy the Vemma seen here, as well as the other Vemma products mentioned online at this Vemma Website.
Connect: You can connect with Vemma on Facebook, and Twitter.

I’ve never seen a liquid vitamin product like this. Multivitamins have gotten so large, this would be a good alternative.

I have gone to microlingual supplements since sometimes I have problems swallowing the big horse pills, especially calcium. This liquid supplement would also be a nice alternative as well.

Interested in purchasing products from Vemma Website. I used to take Genesis Today faithfully. But they became hard to find
I hate taking pills, so this would be a great option for me. I am glad it tastes good because I was worried about that!
