Growing up, playing with play dough or silly putty seemed to be a huge highlight. However, kids and adults today have a much better option. I was recently introduced to Crazy Aaron’s Thinking Putty and this product definitely takes the cake. Crazy Aaron’s Puttyworld is based out of Philadelphia, PA, but ships their Thinking Putty to customers all over the world. This unique product appeals to children and adults alike in any setting.
I was sent samples of Heat Sensitive Hypercolors in Twilight and Amethyst Blush as well as the Glow In The Dark Krypton. When I first opened the tins, I was hesitant because the putty looked so strange and was spread out flat around the edges of the container. However, after peeling it out of the tins, the kids got right to work playing. In no time, they were stretching, ripping, making air bubbles and popping, building, and creating with their Crazy Aaron’s Thinking Putty. When we had to leave, the kids were so bummed to put it away and went straight back to playing again when we got home. Not only do the kids enjoy Crazy Aaron’s Thinking Putty, my husband and I do as well. It’s such a unique product that it’s hard to put down.
The Heat Sensitive Hypercolors change color when playing because of body heat. The kids love the way the putty looks when it’s multi-colored and are amazed that they are the reason it is changing. The Glow In The Dark Krypton Putty looks white in the light but once the light is turned off, it glows! Very fun for nighttime playing.
