Spreadshirt is a company that provides the opportunity to create custom t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, baby clothes, phone cases, and more.  Back in December, Emily and I had the pleasure to partner with them and you can read that review Here and I was happy to bring you another post today during my “Preparing For Baby” features.

Custom products are becoming increasingly popular since they allow for more personalized gifts or a fun way to have input in your own clothing.  With Spreadshirt, they carry a variety of pre-made items and they also have a custom create your own option where the customer is allowed to choose each aspect along the way.

I was sent the American Apparel Baby Cap in Black and the Cute Pink Elephant One Piece for our little girl that we’re expecting.  The short sleeved one piece was a pre-designed piece that I fell in love with when browsing the Spreadshirt site.  It’s just as cute in person as it is online but the one note I would like to make is that the elephant is actually a light purple as opposed to pink.  While I didn’t personalize anything on the elephant one piece, my daughter and I did spend some time finding an image that we liked for the Baby Cap.  With the large selection of designs available to choose from, we spent over an hour browsing before finally settling on a simple heart shape.  Another nice feature of the Create Your Own Options is that wording can also be added.  I would have loved to have added the baby’s name in the center of the heart but we have yet to settle on one.  The stylish knot on top of the hat adds to the design and will look adorable on our little girl.
