Thank you to TheraPearl for providing me with product, free of charge, for review. All opinions are my own.
Shortly after I had our fourth child, I came to realize how important a cold pack was. When our son was about a month or two old, I woke up one morning with a sore shoulder. As the day progressed, the pain continued to increase and by evening, I was in tears and couldn’t move my left arm more than a couple inches. I had assumed I slept on my arm wrong but, to this day, I still have no idea what caused this pain. It took weeks to recover and multiple visits to the doctor, chiropractor, and natural path treatments before I finally regained full motion of my shoulder and arm. I lived with cold packs on me rotating every half hour with ice on and ice off as it was the only way to dull the pain. Unfortunately, the cold packs I used were not very good. They were stiff, too cold at times, and not very flexible. Thankfully, I have now come across a company who offers therapeutic relief with their convenient and easy to use products and TheraPearl sent me a variety of the Dual Action Hot/Cold Packs for review as well as host a giveaway.
Neck Wrap
The Neck Wrap is shaped to gently rest over shoulders and help spread relief into the neck and shoulder areas. The wider back combined with longer sides offers more relief to a larger area. Even after freezing, the Neck Wrap can be twisted and conformed to reach the areas of most stiffness or pain. This reusable product can be used for Hot or Cold Therapy and can help with a variety of ailments such as: stiff neck, sore shoulders, spine pain, and more.
Eye-ssential Mask
The Eye-ssential Mask from TheraPearl gently rests over eyes and is secured by an elastic band around the back of the head. The band is a little skinny but does the job of keeping this lightweight mask in place. We have found this product to be extremely helpful for headaches. Just chilled in the fridge seems to be perfect for us and relieves some pain and pressure. Other suggested uses for the Eye-ssential Mask include: dry eyes, sinus issues, puffy eyes, nasal congestion, and more. The biggest issue we have around our home, for both adults and children, are headaches though so I am grateful to have the Eye-ssential Mask on hand for my family to use.
Contour Pack With Strap
Contour Pack With Strap
The Contour Pack With Strap would have been perfect for me when I had my shoulder issue. I would struggle with the cold packs slipping off my shoulder and arm as I drove to my many appointments. The Strap on the TheraPearl Contour Pack would have solved that issue for me. The wide elastic strap is comfortable and easy to adjust. My husband milks cows in our tie stall barn and has sore knees often so this product from TheraPearl is perfect for offering relief to him. After being in the freezer, the cold brings relief right through his jeans. Suggested uses for the Contour Pack With Strap include: elbow pain, joint injuries & pain, sprained ankles, and more.
