I am finally feeling fairly prepared for our little one who is due to arrive shortly.  I have our hospital bag packed, her clothes washed and hung, and the house fairly organized.  I have also been searching for baby equipment that I feel would be helpful once she arrives.  I have multiple relatives who do daycare and love the Rocking Sleeper type products and Ingenuity offered to send me one for our baby.

I received the Ingenuity Baby Moonlight Rocking Sleeper Deluxe for this post.  Upon taking all the pieces out of the box, assembly looked fairly easy.  We did use the instructions too because Ingenuity included step by step pictures and they were super easy to follow.  Start to finish assembly took less than 15 minutes.

I think my favorite feature about the Ingenuity Baby Moonlight Rocking Sleeper Deluxe is the fact that I can rock it with my foot.  Our 3rd child had a need to be rocked but not necessarily in my arms.  He liked his space but needed the movement.  We tried so many things and usually ended up resorting to buckling him in his car seat and rocking it with our foot to soothe him or put him to sleep.  This product from Ingenuity would have been a lifesaver had it been available four years ago!

This product seems to be well designed with lots of nice features.  I like the gender neutral colors that are soft and will fit into any decor without screaming “baby”.  The seat is super soft and comfortable.  The vibration unit is removable and the mobile swings away for easy access to baby.  The only thing I’d love to see is a stronger arm on the mobile because it feels slightly flimsy as I rotate it.  I’d also like to be able to rotate it in both directions as opposed to just one.  Overall, the Ingenuity Baby Moonlight Rocking Sleeper Deluxe looks like an amazing product and I can’t wait to use it.
