Have you jumped on the essential oil band-wagon? I recently did! Essential oils are a natural way to cure many ailments. Different herbs can help with everything from colic, to colds, sore muscles, poor moods, insomnia, lack of appetite, and much more. Essential oils can be massaged into the skin with carrier oil or used in a diffuser. Since I am still an essential-oils newbie, I was excited when NOW Foods offered me a diffuser and a collection of essential oils for a review.
You might be asking, why a company called NOW Foods is offering me a diffuser and essential oils. Well, let me tell you. NOW Foods provides customers with natural products that allow us to live healthier lives. They offer dietary supplements, natural foods, aromatherapy essential oils, vitamins & minerals, natural skin & hair care, educational books and much more. NOW Foods truly believes that good health sshouldn’tbe a luxury only available to the wealthy population. With access to affordable, high quality health products, we can all live a longer and healthier life.
The diffuser I received is an Ultrasonic Oil Diffuser. An ultra-fine aromatherapy mist helps you disperse healing essential oil aroma throughout your home, office, or dorm room. The ultrasonic oil diffuser doesn’t heat the oils; this allows them to keep more of their holistic property. Simply add 4 oz. of tap water and five drops of essential oils to the vessel of the diffuser. Turn it on and let it go; it will run for approximately eight hours. This diffuser also has six rotating LED lights. The lights provide a nice light glow; however they can also be paused or turned off to suit your needs.
I also received six NOW essential oil blends to use in my diffuser- Peaceful Sleep, Peace & Harmony, Naturally loveable, Mental Focus, Clean The Air and Cheer Up Buttercup! These oil blends are made with high-quality essential oils.
For all of the benefits listed above, I believe a NOW Foods Ultrasonic Oil Diffuser and Essential Oils would make a wonderful holiday gift.

Hello, my name is Laurie. My family and I live near the Oregon coast. When we aren’t at work, in school, or on the volleyball court, we enjoy traveling, cheering for our favorite sports teams, playing outdoors, and checking off items on our bucket list. We are lucky in that both sets of our parents, as well as our siblings and their families, live within an hour of us. We get together often to help one another out, celebrate milestones, and go on adventures together.
I’ve only tried NOW’s lavender, but they seem to be a pretty good quality! I have Young Living, DoTerra, and Eden’s Garden to compare it to and it’s better than a couple of those at more than half the cost!
Hi Laurie, I too think that essential oil are the best and natural way to cure many problems. I will try this and hope it has good quality. Thanks for sharing.
I’m still gathering info on essential oils but want to at least get a starter kit. I do use lavender oil every night and love it. The free ebooks I’ve been getting for my Kindle are helping explain the oils and their uses.
