Every Summer, my family looks forward to spending time outdoors. Whether it’s days spent at the local park with our five kids or heading to a Backyard BBQ at a friends home, it’s great to be outdoors in Minnesota without wearing three layers of restrictive clothing. So I love finding activities and games for the whole family to enjoy that are both high quality as well as portable so we can travel easily with them. I recently came across P&P Imports, who offers a variety of GoSports and GoPong games and accessories and I’m excited to be introducing you to a few of their fun products. Today, we’re going to focus on their Premium Metal Ladder Toss Game Set.
The Premium Metal Ladder Toss Game Set comes in a handy Carrying Case with a zippered closure and carry handles. Made from powder coated steel, the game posts are mid-weight. Light enough to carry around but sturdy enough to stand on a windy day. The bolos are made from soft rubber and connected with thick string to prevent tangles. Assembly was quite simple and our 8 year old son managed with some help from his younger brothers.
Once assembled, we were ready for play. Of course, since I was playing with kids, we placed the targets closer together than normal. (I love when games can be adapted easily for everyone to have fun!) Around where we live, people actually call this “Lawn Golf” but I love that this GoSports version has soft balls on the bolos instead of hard golf balls. This game is truly a fun classic that everyone seems to enjoy. Games can be played quick by setting a low score goal or longer with a higher number. Disassembling was just as quick and we had the game stored back in the bag and safely in the garage in just five minutes once we were done playing!
