Thank you to Adora Calcium Supplement for providing me with product, free of charge, in exchange for this honest blog review. All opinions are 100% my own.
Exercise, fitness, and overall health has become increasingly more popular lately as families are striving to fight back against the obesity epidemic. Nobody likes being sick and tired and I love hearing about all the programs that have been working for people. On top of good healthy meals filled with lots of fresh fruits and vegetables and an exercise regimen, taking the right vitamins and supplements is also a great step in the right direction. Recently, I was introduced to Adora Calcium Supplements and I wanted to share more with you as National Women’s Health & Fitness Day creeps closer.
Adora Calcium Supplement are created with Rainforest Alliance Certified cocoa and are available in either Dark Chocolate or Milk Chocolate. These organic chocolate discs include 500 IU of vitamin D3, which aides in enhancing the calcium absorbency!
Now, the real test comes down to “how do they taste?” Truthfully, they are amazing! These Adora Calcium Supplements are so delicious that I wouldn’t believe they were good for me if someone just handed me one without the package. They are truly melt-in-your-mouth good! I look forward to having one with lunch each day and since the daily recommended amount is one disc up to three times daily, I sometimes grab one after supper too.
In a recent survey of American women, almost half stated that Calcium and Vitamin D were the most important supplements that they should be taking. Thankfully, while striving to promote bone health, Adora Calcium is able to fulfill those two important requests in their decadent, made in the USA chocolate discs.

I’m a city girl turned country by my awesome husband and we have three busy boys and two darling daughters. I love spending time with my family, reading Karen Kingsbury novels, and catching up with friends while our kiddos have play dates. I’m blessed beyond measure and can’t wait to see what God has in store.

Eating chocolate to get your calcium? It doesn’t get any better than that!

YUM what a healthy treat. I haven’t heard of Adora, but I’ve tried chocolatey calcium supplements in the past and they get tiring after a few days. I bet these would be better!

I love that these come in tasty flavors. It really makes taking supplements so much easier.

What a great way to take your calcium!! Be sure to have your Vitamin D level checked to be so you know you are able to absorb the calcium that you are taking!

I swim 3 times a week and will be swimming on Sept 30th.
I’ve been following Adora for a few years now. My mom has osteoporosis and it runs in our family. I divide my Calcium/vit D/magnesium supplements up in am and pm doses so they absorb better. This is a yummy alternative though!
