I was provided with samples from Le Top in exchange for my honest review. All opinions are my own.
In my experience, one of the (few) downsides of having a large family is double-gift buying. I can’t count how many times I’ve went to a birthday party, baby shower or wedding for someone in my family and the recipient got duplicates of a gift. I love finding unique gift items online partially because I like finding unique stuff anyway, but also because it lowers the chances that the recipient will already have the item or be gifted that item from someone else.
My nephew Royce’s due date is less than two months away now, so I have been on the lookout for some unique outfits for him. I came across Le Top and was drawn in by their bright clothing for kids – I immediately started seeing my older nieces and nephews in the boys and girls clothing. Then I went to the baby section and my heart started melting while looking over the sweet and precious designs on their baby clothing. I was able to pick out two outfits for Royce.
The first is this adorable Footed Coverall Little Fox Toes set. The feet are adorable blue foxes (complete with stick-up ears!) and the print includes blue fox, green turtles and snails and blue, grey and green leaves. It has visible snaps from the chin down to the crotch and then “hidden” snaps down each leg as well.
The second item that I chose was the lamb bodysuit with faux shirt and footed pants in grey. I love this outfit (and the other lamb-themed clothing from Le Top) because I have a nephew who was obsessed with this stuffed toy lamb that he had has a child. Whenever I see baby items that have lambs on them, I think of him and his beloved “lamby” and immediately melt.
This outfit is really unique from what I’ve seen elsewhere for several reasons. It is a bodysuit with a faux-shirt which means it’s a bodysuit but it has two layers that cover the back and belly – sort of like a baby-sized shirt that has a bodysuit sewn onto the shoulders. This means that even if the shirt slides up your baby’s back when you pick him up or move him around, he’ll stay covered by the bodysuit. The shirt is plain white with gray collar and hem of the sleeve, with a sewn-on lamb on the front. The bodysuit underneath is primarily white but it has grey stars and moons as the pattern. Plus there are outlined lamb-shaped constellations drawn on which I thought was a really cute detail. It comes with little pants that are white and gray striped and the pants have attached feet so you don’t have to worry about putting on socks separately or your baby kicking up their pants and exposing their feet and ankles during cold weather.
I love both of these outfits and am excited to present them to my sister at her baby shower. If you have a little one and like unique, adorable clothing check out Le Top for baby clothing as well as clothing for boys and girls up through size 6x.
