While my original reasons for cloth diapering were out of necessity because our son was reacting to disposables with chemical burns, I now have a new reason. There are so many adorable prints available! There are no disposables around that come even close to being as eye-catching as the cloth diapers I’ve seen. Add in the fact that they are eco-friendly, softer on baby’s skin, and save money and I’ve found a compelling argument as to why everyone should give cloth a try.
Just recently, I was introduced to Urban Bums Boutique who offers a variety of Hybrid Fitteds, All-In-Twos, Newborn Hybrid Fitteds, and Custom Diapers. I was sent one of their Hybrid Fitted in size 2 for our daughter who just turned 1. Beautifully crafted, the fleece lined core of the diaper allows for great performance. This style diaper can typically be worn for a couple hours without a cover or for up to 12 hours overnight with.
This diaper is crafted with a fold over rise, allowing me to have a great fit now and in the future as our daughter grows. I think my favorite thing about this diaper is the fact that it comes with a snap-in double liner and also a matching booster giving us maximum absorbency. Designed with elastic at the legs as well as back helps keep from having leaks while allowing for a comfortable and flexible fit. This diaper is just as functional as it is fashionable and we love it! So very well made!
