I mentioned previously that My husband and I joined a gym. We really like that our gym is supportive of reusing water bottles and has stations set up throughout that even monitor the amount of plastic saved by reusing bottles! Zulu Athletic is a company that designs amazing quality glass water bottles that fit in with even the most fashionable gym attire. Their style really is eye catching and fashion forward. Combine all that style with an amazingly durable design, you have a one stop shop for all your water bottle needs.

I received two glass water bottles for review. The first being a Zulu Atlas One Touch in pink and the second being the Zulu Core in grey-green. You might be asking why not just reuse the plastic bottle repeatedly. Granted you are reducing the plastic by using only one, why not spend a little and bring your plastic bottle demand down to zero! Plastic is also hard to clean, think dirt, germs and food particles building up and sticking in those tiny threads you put your mouth on, gross. You also wont be fretting about chemicals leaching from your plastic bottle into the water you’re drinking.

Some of the key design points of Zulu athletic glass water bottles are the reinforced lid which has over molded cross braces to protect from drops. Silicone sleeve to wrap and protect glass as well as a thickened bottom to absorb shock ensures the safety of your glass bottle. Zulu Athletic offers three types of lids one as a loop top with threads, one with a pinch top lid for quick access and finally a one touch lid that requires only one hand to access. These water bottles are extremely easy to disassemble and wash each little bit so rest assured you aren’t breading bacterias inside small crevices. Pictured below is the Core pinch top.

I really like every aspect of our Zulu Athletic water bottles and they are very bold which in a crowded gym, is a plus. You left your water bottle at the last machine, no worries because it’s so unique you can probably spot it from afar. Whether you’re walking on the treadmill, burning in a crossfire class or hiking a rough terrain you can be rest assured that your water bottle is gonna be keeping up with your intensity.
