My husband is difficult to gift shop for. When I ask him what he wants or needs, he gives me very few ideas. Most years, I end up looking through his stuff trying to see if I can get ideas of my own.
A couple of weeks ago, I went through his closet. I noticed he didn’t have very many shoe options. Now I know most men don’t appreciate shoes like women do, but I still thought this was an area I could expand upon. I reached out to Ariat western wear. They were happy to send me a pair of men’s Gleeson shoes for my review.
Gleeson shoes are fashionable slip-on shoes. They are made with suede, distressed leather and feature a flexible rubber outsole. The shoe has a rounded toe and 4LR technology for all day comfort. Ariat added contrast stitching along the outside of the shoe for an attractive embellishment.
I chose the earth color option. The suede is a lighter brown (milk chocolate) and the distressed leather is a darker brown (dark chocolate).
When the Gleeson shoes arrived, my husband said he liked them. In the couple weeks he has had them, he has worn them several times. He said they felt really comfortable on; they are light weight and have good arch support. He liked that he could easily slip them on and go.
I am really happy I got my husband the Gleeson shoes as an early Christmas present. They are an attractive casual men’s shoe. Do you have someone on your list who would like Gleeson shoes too?

I love earth colors and bet men wear a lot of those colors too. I’ve tried a women’s tee from Ariat, but never shoes or boots, but I’ve seen some nice women’s boots they make. I have way too many shoes and boots, unlike most men, lol.
