Thank you to Casio for providing me with product, free of charge, in exchange for this honest blog review. All opinions are 100% my own.
Our two oldest children have been taking piano lessons for years now and our third child, who just turned 5, will be starting soon as well. Originally, we were torn as to whether we should get a standard piano or an electric one. In the end, we went standard but lately we’ve been noticing how far electric pianos have come with design, sound, and features. So when I learned that Casio was now offering their new CGP-700, I really wanted to check it out and include them in our 2015 Holiday Gift Guide.

Assembly was fairly simple and the directions were very straightforward. The children and I took about 30 minutes from start to finish, which included unboxing and organizing all the pieces as well as distracting the youngest helpers during the process.
This is a family friendly piano that our children have been truly enjoying. Even our 1, 3, and 5 year old can be found throughout the day exploring the beautiful sounds that the CGP-700 offers. Our older two children have been utilizing some of the great features and built in rhythms as they play their music. It’s been especially great as they prepare for the Christmas Concert they will be putting on at the local nursing home as the additional sounds and rhythms really add to the songs. The output by this compact piano is truly amazing. I also really like the fact that I can turn the volume down as well, just in case the baby is napping.
Small but mighty, the CGP-700 offers an ultimate performance that compares to an authentic grand piano and we have been thrilled with it.

Please delete if this is a duplicate. I commented before, my computer must have gliched it when I was entering we have so many problems with our internet. But we would love to win this, it would be a dream come true. My Granddaughter is going to start piano lessons and this would be perfect, since we can’t afford a large one.
