Thank you to ViveHealth, LLC for providing me with product, free of charge, in exchange for this honest blog review. All opinions are 100% my own.
My Mom and Step Dad are both 61 years of age. Both are still extremely active and always on the go. They never seem to stop even when their bodies sometimes hint that they should be stopping or at least slowing down.
When I reached out to them and asked if they would benefit from using products available thru ViveHealth, they jumped at the opportunity. ViveHealth graciously provided them with a set of Toe Separators, a Universal Knee Brace, and a Back Brace.
Mom’s left foot has a condition called Hammer Toe. Two of her toes will not straighten and, at times, they cause her pain and make it difficult to walk. She put the Toe Separators on (one set for each foot) and left them on for about an hour. Although she couldn’t feel them “doing” anything at the time, she definitely didn’t feel any discomfort. What surprised her was when she removed the separators, her toes felt much happier and relaxed (less crooked). Mom has worn the separators several times and continues to be amazed at how much they help her.
My Mom and Step Dad both have problems with their lower backs. My Step Dad was setting up a new log splitter and was complaining about his back hurting. Mom suggested he wear the Universal Lower Back Brace to see if it would help. He said as soon as he put the brace on, he could feel the added support from the lumbar pad. His back was tired at the end of the day but it wasn’t painful like it usually is. Although he usually needs to be reminded to wear the brace, he always comments about how much it helps and how much better he feels after he wears it. Eventually, we’re all hoping he remembers to put it on BEFORE he starts his projects.
Mom has been painting the inside of their house and has been using a chair (or toilet) to stand on. After several hours of getting on and off the chair, her knee started bothering her. She put the Universal Knee Brace on and said she felt like her knee was being hugged and she felt like it was “stronger” with the added support of the brace.

Hello, my name is Laurie. My family and I live near the Oregon coast. When we aren’t at work, in school, or on the volleyball court, we enjoy traveling, cheering for our favorite sports teams, playing outdoors, and checking off items on our bucket list. We are lucky in that both sets of our parents, as well as our siblings and their families, live within an hour of us. We get together often to help one another out, celebrate milestones, and go on adventures together.

ViveHealth had a lot of interesting and helpful products on their website. I believe I may be making a purchase in the very near future. Some of the orthotics are very similar you get from the foot doctor. I am impressed and the best part half the price!
