As a previous migraine sufferer, there are very few things I can think of to measure up to the horribleness that is their existence.  While I have always dealt with frequent headaches for as long as I can remember, it wasn’t until I was a married adult that I experienced my very first migraine.  Over the years, I’ve had such bad ones that I literally can’t walk without holding my head steady, yet each step causes excruciating pain.  Then, as if that isn’t bad enough, comes the side effect of throwing up.  I’ve tried many different things to try to help and have found very little relief.  However, the thing that offers the most comfort just so happens to be coolness/ice.  So when I first heard of the The Daily Migraine, I was really excited to learn more. They partnered with me on this post, and they offer a place for help, hope, humor, and healing.  It’s the perfect place for migraine sufferers from all over the world to come together as a community.

The Daily Migraine ~ Natural Relief With The Migraine Hat

Migraines are more common than I would have thought and so many struggle with them.  Yet the reoccurring theme for relief sounds familiar with many people I’ve talked to.  The genius design of The Daily Migraine Hat perfectly encompasses this important aspect as well as some other great features.  Since I’ve never personally been a person to pop a pill, finding a natural way to relieve migraine symptoms is truly life changing.

The Migraine Hat features quick cooling comfort and natural relief.  Designed to be adjustable, one-size-fits-all, it can be used by any and every member of the family.  This is especially handy for our family as a couple of our kiddos have had some pretty severe headaches over the years.  While typical ice packs need to be head into place, The Migraine Hat is hands free.  This means that I can use it while still attending to the kids, driving, or pretty much any time.  Whether laying down or up and about, The Migraine Hat delivers comfort while keeping my hands free.

Included with The Migraine Hat Set is a Cryo-gel Ice Pack that provides cooling relief for up to 4 hours.  This slides right into the hat so no worries about it slipping or sliding.

Another really great feature I need to point out since light can cause me to throw up during a migraine is that you can pull The Migraine Hat over your eyes and ears to block out the outside world.

The simple, yet effective design behind The Migraine Hat can help sufferers regain some control and offer healing.  Thankfully, I have not yet had a migraine since the arrival of The Migraine Hat but I’m so grateful to have this on hand for when that day arrives!

    did not realize this ::

“For 37 million Americans, migraines and migraine headaches can often be debilitating. With compression and ice, we can deliver that kind of relief so that the person can feel functional again.”

I have used cold on my head for years………. trying to freeze it 🙂

Migraines for 40 years ands counting. Ice is pretty much the only thing that gives m me relief however that means having to stay laying down. Migraine hat just might allow me to be up and moving a bit. Worth a try

    Ice is wonderful for migraines

    What a great giveaway prize.
Ice is the only thing topically that works for me.
I like the design of this one. Look forward to the drawing.

I’ve had migraines for 20 years. Limited relief with pain meds. Best success so far with essential oils and Migraine Ice adhesive gel pads. Thinking something like this would really help!

    • Pain meds never seemed to even put a dent in my migraines either. Ice, quiet, and a dark room are my go to. I have also used oils with a little success but they have never knocked one out completely for me.

This is a great giveaway! I have been wanting to try this for quite some time as I also suffer from chronic migraines. I have a pack of round disc shaped ice packs that I typically hold on my temples when I have a migraine but they thaw quickly. Applying ice all around the head sounds like it would make things a bit more tolerable.

I’ve been looking into getting one. I’ve had cronic headaches with migraines for over four years. This is a great give a way!

I bought the Headache Hat a little over a month ago and have tried to use it twice. I found out that I’m hyper sensitive to sound and can actually hear the ice cubes melting inside, every little creak, crack and squish. It drives me crazy! I debated between that and The Migraine Hat. I now wish I had bought this product. I don’t think the gel would make those noises as it melted. Right now I’m out of a job since I lost my last job to, you guessed it, migraines, and can’t afford to buy The Migraine Hat right now. This give away is fantastic and I so hope I win! If not, I’ll be buying one as soon as I get another job.

    • Hi Jenn,

I’m so sorry to hear that you also suffer! Noise will actually make me throw up in the midst of a bad migraine so I can imagine how bad that would be. While I haven’t had a migraine yet when testing, I have not noticed the gel making any noises so I do think it would be a better option, design wise. Good luck on the job hunt!

I like how you can adjust the pressure points! Most of the time, my migraines stem from over one eye or the other. My usual way of coping? Laying on my bed, in the dark, on my side, with my arm draped across my head on either side, pressing down on my temple. Sound confusing? It’s also uncomfortable, but it works. Needless to say, this would be much easier 🙂

There is a community of more than 250,00 sufferers. Thanks for the opportunity to try out a very interesting product.

Having a hands free cooling pack would help me stay at work during the day!

I have 15 year old daughter that has migraines for about 9 years! This would be great for her! Most of the time she will come home from school and go straight to her room for quiet and the darkness with a ice pack!
