My fiancé has been wanting a bean bag chair for quite some time now, but he’s incredibly picky when it comes to one. I never understood why. I thought all bean bag chairs were pretty much the same, and I didn’t understand why he liked them so much. To me, I always thought of bean bag chairs as being small, and uncomfortable furniture for children. I had no idea there were so many different types, for children and adults, and I never knew how comfortable they could be.

My dog is a miniature pinscher, so she’s pretty small, but she looks extra small on this bean bag chair. The first thing I noticed and really liked about the XL Royal Sack is that it’s big! It easily fits a grown adult, with enough room to lounge, and even lay down in. It can also fit two adults sitting on it.

The XL Royal Sack is filled with high quality shredded foam. The foam makes it incredibly comfortable. I was quite shocked with how comfy this bean bag chair really is. My fiancé and I took turns lounging in it, or we’d both cuddle up on it, we’ve liked it so much. Our couch has been practically forgotten since we received it. My fiancé uses the bean bag chair for pretty much everything. Here he is sitting in it while on his laptop:

I have lower back pain, and this bean bag chair is really great for it. I can sit in it, or lounge back in it, and my back doesn’t hurt at all. The foam conforms to my spine, to make it incredibly comfortable. It’s far more comfortable for my back than my armchair, or couch.

The XL Royal Sack’s cover is completely removable. The foam is encased in a separate inner bag, so that you can remove the cover, and wash it if anything spills on it. I really like that feature. I worry about getting something on furniture all the time, and this eliminates the worry. I know that if anything happens, I can just take off the cover, and put it in the wash. Taking off the cover itself is not too hard. Because of the size of the bean bag chair, it’s much easier with two people, but I took off and re-applied the cover myself, to see if it can be done, and it definitely can, it just takes a bit more work.

The ultra suede cover itself is really nice. The fabric is soft to the touch, and durable. The stitching is great, and the zipper easily unzips, yet it stays tucked under a flap when on the bean bag chair, so it won’t unzip unexpectedly.

This bean bag chair does require some fluffing now and then. When you sit in it, you sink in (but never hit the ground), and that indent stays in the chair when you sit up. However, it’s very easy to fluff it back up to size. We just roll the bean bag chair on its side, and then back down, and it’s perfectly fluffed again!

My fiancé is in love with this bean bag chair. He sits on it, or lounges in it every chance he can get. He likes that it can conform in a lot of different ways. It can be a chair, or a recliner. He’s even taken naps in it. He said to give it the “best review ever.”

I would definitely recommend this bean bag chair to anyone looking for one. As someone who never much liked bean bag chairs myself, I can say that the XL Royal Sack has completely changed my view on bean bag chairs. This XL Royal Sack is comfortable, soft, and stylish.
