As a woman, I am lucky to have lots of grooming products to choose from. When I go to the store, there is an entire row of different brands and items, and I have a huge selection of various scents, each with different properties. Men, however, aren’t so lucky. Whenever I’ve purchased shampoo or moisturizer for my fiancé, I’ve been shocked at the lack of variety. There’s pretty much a few different grooming item brands for men in most stores. So when I heard about MENSGROOM, I was very excited for my fiancé to be able to try them!

MENSGROOM is a line of products designed with men in mind. More and more men are understanding the importance of good grooming, but have a lack products available to them, and don’t want to have to use their girlfriend’s, or wife’s products. Guys want nice, easy products, meant for them. And that’s just what this line is about!

I received the following items from MENSGROOM for my fiancé to review:

This is the MENSGROOM Ultimate Six Piece Kit. The kit includes the Feed Your Head scalp oil for thinning hair, Daily Wash Out shampoo, Daily Shower Power shower gel, Shave The Males shaving cream, Iron Grip hair gel, and the Soothe The Shaven Beast after shave moisturizing lotion.

My fiancé has extensively tried out these MENGSGROOM products, and has really liked them all. He really liked the nice, manly yet mild scent that the products have, and I did as well. I find that most men’s grooming products tend to be really musky, very strong, and just plain unpleasant smelling. These were nice, and mild.

My fiancé really liked the Daily Shower Power shower gel, and thought it made his skin feel really clean, and soft. He liked the Daily Wash Out shampoo, it had a nice rich lather, just a little went a long way. He also found it to be much more hydrating than shampoos he’s used before. He enjoyed the Feed Your Head scalp oil. Although he doesn’t currently have thinning hair, it’s great prevention, and it was also really nourishing for his scalp. My fiancé normally has a dry, flaky scalp, and this oil made his scalp stop flaking altogether. He also liked the Iron Grip hair gel, it had a great hold, and keep firm all day, and didn’t flake like other hair gels do. He thought the Shave the Males shaving cream was really nice, it left his skin smooth with no razor rash or skin irritation. My fiancé normally gets razor rash when he shaves, but he didn’t when he used this shaving cream. He also liked the Soothe The Shaven Beast after-shave, and got nice moisturizing results, as you would expect from a good after-shave.

Overall, my fiancé really enjoyed these men’s grooming products. He thought they were really nice quality, much better than products he’s bought before. He’d definitely recommend MENSGROOM to any guy who isn’t satisfied with their current grooming products. They’re also very reasonably priced, and would make a great gift, or Father’s Day present!
