Like most women, I spend a good amount of time making my hair look nice. I’ve always thought my hair to be one of my best features. However, I haven’t always treated my hair nicely. I tend to get bored with my hair pretty easily, so over the years my hair has been many different colors, from black, to auburn. Last year I decided that I wanted my natural color back, strawberry blonde. The process was a bit damaging, and my hair still isn’t quite back to normal. I decided to look into nourishing hair care treatments, and found out about NuNAAT, a line of quality hair care products with natural ingredients. I was very excited to be able to review their products!

I received the NuNAAT Brazilian Keratin Daily Care Collection. This collection consists of NAAT Brazilian Keratin Daily Care Shampoo, Brazilian Keratin Daily Care Conditioner, Brazilian Keratin Intensive Hair Mask, Brazilian Keratin Liquid Keratin Leave-In Reconstructor, and Brazilian Keratin Serum Ultra Shine.

One of the first things I did when I received the collection, was use the Brazilian Keratin Intensive Hair Mask. My roots are growing in, and that natural hair is fairly healthy, but the ends of my hair have been through a lot and really needed some conditioning. The hair mask was easy to use. It’s nice and thick, and slathers on easily. I then covered my hair in a shower cap, and let my hair sit for about 20 minutes, before rinsing it out. My hair was so soft afterward! I could immediately tell a difference, especially in the ends of my hair.

I used only the NuNAAT Brazilian Keratin Daily Care Shampoo and Conditioner for the past three weeks. I really liked the shampoo and conditioner. The shampoo is a light lather, which is great, because you know it’s not too harsh on your hair. Many shampoos contain ingredients that are more harmful, and damaging for your hair than they are good for it. Generally, when you have a shampoo that lathers up a lot, it means it has a lot of detergents, and other ingredients that are actually harmful for your hair. This shampoo was not like that. The conditioner was great. My hair felt so soft after I used it.

Before trying out this collection, I had never used a serum before straightening my hair. My hair is naturally straight, but I flat-iron it, to make it extra straight, and less frizzy. For the past couple weeks, I’ve used the NuNAAT Brazilian Keratin Serum Ultra Shine before flat ironing my hair. I would either put in the serum, then blow dry and flat iron, or I would put in the serum after letting my hair dry naturally, and then flat iron my hair. With this serum, a little goes a LONG way. I have long hair, but I only needed a thin coat on my hands, and that was enough for all my hair. The serum made a really big difference. It made my hair look shinier, and helped tame any frizziness to my hair. This serum made me never want to flat iron my hair without using such a product first!

I’d also never used a leave-in reconstructor before, but I definitely liked the NuNAAT Brazilian Keratin Liquid Keratin Leave-In Reconstructor. Much like with the serum, a little goes a long way with this. I made the mistake of putting too much in my hair one time, and my hair felt a little bit greasy, but with just the right amount, my hair looked shiny, and soft. It too seemed to help with frizziness.

I think it’s really made a difference! My hair looks softer, and while my hair is flat-ironed in both pictures, the ends of my hair don’t look as harsh, and damaged. My hair looks shinier now too.

Overall, I really enjoyed this keratin hair care collection. The NuNAAT Brazilian Keratin Daily Care Collection has been some of my favorite hair care products I’ve ever used. There really isn’t anything I didn’t like about these products. I would definitely recommend them.
