I have some intestinal issues, and it was through these that I’ve learned a lot about digestive health. This can cause stomach upset, gas, bloating, or other stomach issues. Probiotics are good, healthy bacteria. Taking probiotics daily has been shown to regain the balance of good bacteria in our digestive tracts, and helps get rid of those stomach problems, and promote a healthier immune system.

I tried out the Ultimate Flora Extra Care Daily Probiotic as I typically use an “extra strength” probiotic. I definitely saw some improvement in my digestive issues after taking the probiotic daily. The Ultimate Flora Extra Care Daily Probiotic is just one pill that you take daily, and is best taken after a meal, to see the best results.

Some things I really liked about this high-potency probiotic, is not only its high potency, but the sheer number of different strains of good bacteria that it has. The Ultimate Flora Extra Care Probiotic has 10 different bacterial strains, and 30 billion live bacteria. New research has shown that when we use a probiotic that is only one strain, which many probiotics are only one, that our bodies can get used to the probiotic, and after time, it will no longer continue having good affects. However, this probiotic contains so many different strains, it is a probiotic that won’t lose its effectiveness over time.

The Ultimate Flora Probiotic pill itself was also small, and didn’t stick to my throat. Despite having so much bacteria in it, it’s still a small sized pill, and was very easy to swallow.

Like most probiotics, the Ultimate Flora Probiotics are best kept in the refrigerator for extended life. I keep mine right in the refrigerator door, so I see it whenever I open it, and remember to take one.

Overall, I really liked the Ultimate Flora Extra Care Probiotic. I thought it was a really good probiotic. I like the effect that I get from taking probiotics, and I really like that this is a probiotic I can take for an extended amount of time, without switching to a new one.
