My little girls love playing makeover. They enjoy styling hair, putting on special make-up, creating a fun outfit and finishing the look with a fancy manicure and pedicure. It is a fun day at the spa for them…even if the spa is at home.
I am pretty particular when it comes to the products I add to their collection. I don’t want any chemicals that could be potentially harmful. I recently learned about a company called Snails; they were perfect for our spa days.
For our review, we received two bottles of Snails polish in colors “Mrs. Carrot Head” and “Raspberry Pie” along with a Snails wipe.
Snails (Safe-Nails) is a line of water based nail polish. They offer polish for kids and mom, nail markers, gift packs and more. Snails say they are “innocent as a child.” They are chemical free and don’t require the use of toxic nail polish remover. That’s right, no nail polish remover! To remove the polish, you simply wash your hands with warm soapy water or use a Snails wipe. If you would like the polish to stay on longer, use Snails Top Coat. Snails comes in several beautiful colors with fun names.
Both the girls and I love the idea of Snails products. They like that they can apply their own polish without out me needing to put down a drop cloth and hovering. I know that the polish is completely washable so no need to worry. I appreciate that AND knowing that there are NO harmful ingredients in the polish. It is a win win.
You can connect with Snails on facebook and twitter.
Hello, my name is Laurie. My family and I live near the Oregon coast. When we aren’t at work, in school, or on the volleyball court, we enjoy traveling, cheering for our favorite sports teams, playing outdoors, and checking off items on our bucket list. We are lucky in that both sets of our parents, as well as our siblings and their families, live within an hour of us. We get together often to help one another out, celebrate milestones, and go on adventures together.

Thanks for the review! I only know of one other company that sells chemical free nailpolish and they have very limited color selection. I will definitely keep Snails in mind when I make my next nail polish purchase 🙂
