I have been blessed with kids who like eating fruits and vegetables. I don’t recall ever having to push them to eat more fresh produce. I credit part of this to always having a variety of fruits and vegetables available for them to enjoy. I also decided to try mixing a little of the powder to some cream cheese and using it as a spread for my daughters’ waffles. This was a special treat. They loved my creativity.
