Fashionable girls clothing always seems to be plentiful.  Our first child was a girl and I had no trouble discovering beautiful clothes, shoes, and accessories for her wherever I went.  Fashion was never in short supply for our daughter.  However, for those of us that have boys, we also have three sons, we know all too well that the boys sections can sometimes be lacking in style and variety. However, I recently learned that Target carries an exclusive line called Shaun White Apparel that is designed by the legendary Snowboarder/Skateboarder and his brother, Jesse.  Not only is this a stylish line, it’s affordable with price points from $8.99 to $34.99.  I was sent an assortment of Shawn White Apparel for this review.

Our 6 year old loves clothes.  He has always been the kid that is just as happy to open a new shirt on his birthday as he is about a toy.  So he was really happy to learn that he was getting to try out some new duds.  The first item I received was the Shaun White Boys’ Chino Pant – available in Assorted Colors, in the Rock Garden color.  The pants are 100% cotton and soft to the touch.  Our son says they are quite comfortable.  They have a tighter fit and a straight leg.  I was leery when I first saw them because I typically purchase carpenter style pants, which have wider legs, for the boys but our 6 year old loves them and wants to wear them often.

The other item I received was the Shaun White Boys’ Short-Sleeve Shirt – Ebony.  This is a short sleeved button-down shirt also made from 100% cotton.  The colors are gorgeous and I like that the shirt can be dressed up for church or worn casual with jeans for every day.  I also like the flexibility of being able to wear it open and have another tee underneath.  This shirt is definitely a staple for any boys wardrobe.

We have been happy with the quality and style that Shaun White Apparel provides and I like that the line is affordably priced.  Our son has mixed and matched this shirt with jeans, the Shaun White Chino Pants, and shorts and it looks great each time.  The pants are also very versatile and can be paired with a tee or a dressier shirt.
