Like most families, we are very busy. I am not real sure what changed, but since summer started, it feels like we have been on high speed. The girls are getting older, they are both in school now and both involved in extracurricular activities. When our pizza kit arrived, we had a ton of fresh zucchini. I decided to top our BBQ pizza with slices of zucchini, diced onion, left over BBQ chicken and some shredded cheese. It was delicious!

There are so many things I love about GalloLea Pizza Kits. First, it has easy to follow directions. The girls (ages 4.5 and almost 7) LOVE helping me prepare the crust and spreading the sauce. Second, they use quality ingredients in their products. Third, I get to use my fresh veggies or anything else we feel like using for toppings. Fourth, they are fast! In less than 30 minutes, I have a homemade pizza.

I also love that GalloLea Pizza Kits can now be used for fundraisers! With the girls being young, we haven’t experienced too many fundraisers yet.
