I received this product for free from Smiley360 in exchange for my honest review.
I was recently able to try out Bic’s Mark-it permanent markers. The pack I was sent comes with 36 colors and I was immediately impressed with how the shades truly appear different. So many markers have variations of shades but on paper they are almost impossible to tell apart – that isn’t at all the case here, each color shows up differently even when placed up against a similar color. They’re shaped almost like a pen but with a thicker point on the end, so they feel really natural to write with. The darker colors are super moist, but they still dry really quickly as I accidentally wrote over freshly-written parts and it didn’t “bleed” the color.
In school, I used to buy multicolored pens for doodling but the ink didn’t look very good when covering a large surface – these are perfect for doodling or even doing really extensive marker art with. One day I was bored and made this super colorful hedgehog just “because”. Don’t judge – I never claimed to be an artist! I love the relief that comes with expressing myself in a creative way, even though I’m not very good. These markers offer almost endless possibilities.
You can use BIC Mark-it markers on just about any surface – including paper, glass, plastic, metal, photos and more. They’d be the perfect way to make note cards for presentations while letting certain parts of your notes stand out more. They’d also be perfect for creating fun poster board displays with. The case that they come in unfolds into a 3 panels and doubles as a storage case, making them easy to bring along to school or work.
I think these would be a great gift for teenagers, I know that I would have loved them in high school. I would use them to doodle, add flare to my notebooks and binders, work on school projects, on note cards for studying and more. As an adult I plan to use them to make pretty to do lists and grocery lists, doodle with, use on my calender, etc. The uses really are almost endless!
You can keep up with Bic on Facebook and Pinterest.

We love using them for creating fun projects! I agree with Kristin, too, they’re also great for labeling and color coding!

Perfect for stocking stuffers, I like to label all our camping gear and love that they don’t smear when something gets wet. Keeps the boys on top of which gear is theirs. Thank you for the review
