Bath time is a daily occurrence in our home. With four young children, it seems like someone is always in the tub.  I don’t know if all children just enjoy bath time this much or if it’s just our kids.  Our 3 year old is going through a phase where he will take multiple baths in one day.  He gets it in his head that he wants another and there is no distracting him.  So he happily plays for hours in the tub these days.  Perhaps our bath tub may have something to do with it too?  Every child who comes over does seem to have a fascination with it.

Either way, I enjoy bath time with the kids.  Except for the times where I end up more wet than they are.  (Again, our 3 year old enjoys splashing and then his younger brother follows suit.)  We also enjoy products that help make bath time easier and more fun.  Bubble bath and toys are great but what I really love having is a nice towel to snuggle the kids up in after they get out of the tub.  iPlay., Inc. has some great bath products to make bath time more enjoyable.  They carry bath mats to help keep children safe during bath, bath toys and bath puppets for added fun, and velour hooded towels for when it’s time to come out.  I was able to partner with iPlay., Inc. on their Velour Hooded Towel for this review.

The Velour Hooded Towel is made from cotton and available in three different colors/animals.  There is the blue mouse, which I received, the green owl, and the pink bunny.  The towel is soft to the touch, which is one of the most important things I’m looking for in a towel.  I also like that it’s a hooded towel.  When our children are babies, I just feel that the hooded towels keep them warmer as they dry off.  I actually prefer to lay down a regular bath towel and top it with a hooded baby towel so they are double wrapped and have their heads covered too.

The iPlay., Inc. Velour Hooded Towel measures in at 28″ by 28″.  This is a great size for babies but I would love to see them come out for a larger size for toddlers and older children.  With that being said, this towel still works great with my double layer method on our 16 month old.
