Tommee Tippee is a brand that I trust and look forward to using when my new baby arrives. I was given the opportunity to review the brand new Tommee Tippee 360 Sealer. If you are wondering what this new treasure is, it is a place to put baby’s diapers instead of just having to put them in your own trash can. Once the Tommee Tippee 360 Sealer arrived at my place I was really excited to open it and see what this was all about. Now, I had a diaper pail for Little C’s diapers and it just didn’t seem to do a good job after a while. My husband and I had honestly decided that we might as well just wrap dirty diapers up and put them in our regular trash since we had not had much luck when Little C was a baby.
After receiving the new Tommee Tippee 360 Sealer diaper disposal system I immediately took it out of the box to see how it was different then my last diaper pail. Let me tell you, there is a huge difference. With my last diaper pail you just put a trash bag in it and tossed the diapers in. It really didn’t keep the smell hidden. We would put different things into the pail to try to keep the smell under control, but nothing ever worked. Little C was completely potty trained by the time he was 2 1/2 so he really wasn’t that old when he stopped using diapers. In my opinion, a diaper pail should last for the duration of your little one being in diapers. I have a very good feeling that the Tommee Tippee system will last. The 360 Sealer came with the disposal system for the diapers of course and it also came with the bagging system that is used. At first I was little concerned that the bagging system was going to be difficult to use, but it turned out to be very simple. There are 2 rolls of film that you simply seal together and then you insert the system into the pail. When you have a dirty diaper you simply put the diaper in the container and turn the dial. The bags seal all the way around the diaper to keep in the smell. It does this with each individual diaper, which I think is a genius idea. When your pail is full, you can simply tear the bag and seal the end of it by pressing the two pieces of film together and you start all over again. The pail holds 30 diapers at a time and the bagging system will wrap 100 diapers. I look forward to getting the opportunity to try this out with my little guy. I sure know we will have plenty of diapers to put in our new Tommee Tippee 360 Sealer!
You can purchase the Tommee Tippee 360 Sealer at Babies R US for $49.99 and the refills for the bagging system are $29.99 for 3 refills, which will hold up to 300 diapers. For more information make sure to check Tommee Tippee out on Facebook and Twitter for the latest information.
