Thank you Cutco

These are my own honest opinions.
A few months ago, I discovered an amazing cutlery and kitchen gear company called Cutco. I was given the opportunity to introduce you to Cutco and review some of their products and was thrilled by the design and functionality of their knives. They are the first ones I look for when I cook and I find all my old knives offer a very disappointing performance when compared with my Cutco knives.
This time, I had the chance to review 2 great products: the Santoku-Style Cheese Knife and the Super Shears.
The Santoku-Style Cheese Knife has a 3 3/4in high carbon stainless steel which extends the full length of the blade for extra strength and balance. The blade has 2 large holes which allows the cheese to fall off the blade rather than stick to it. The exclusive Micro-D edge makes each cut clean and smooth and is perfect for cheese. It is also designed to stay sharp longer than straight-edge knives. The tip of the blade can be used to open packages of cheese
and to break off chunks of Parmesan and other hard cheese.
The handle of this knife made of durable thermo-resin material and comes in the dark brown or pearl color. It is designed to fit comfortable in the hand whether your hands are large or small, whether you’re right-handed or left-handed. The shape of the knife ensure that fingers securely stay in place.
This knife works really well to cut any kind of cheese. It doesn’t simply tear or crumble your cheese, it makes perfectly clean cuts. It works equally well to dice feta cheese for a salad or cut thin slices of old cheddar for a yummy grilled cheese. If there is a cheese lover in your family, they would definitely enjoy this knife!
The second item I received is the Super Shears. Just like the cheese knife, the blades are made of high-carbon stainless steel with handles made of thermo-resin material. The handles are smooth and provide a comfortable grip whether you are using them with your right hand or your left hand.
What I like about these shears is that they come apart very easily by opening them and releasing at the bolt. This is great because cleaning them is a lot easier and you don’t have to worry about moisture or food getting trapped between the blades. The super Shears are amazing to cut food into small toddler-size pieces, to snip fresh herbs, to section chicken, to open packages, etc. but the kitchen isn’t the only room where they’ll shine. You can use them for tons of jobs around the house too! I love to use them to open those nearly-impossible-to-open plastic packages that they use for batteries, small electronics, and some many other products.
I love how Cutco cutlery and accessories are designed to last. They are stylish yet totally functional. I strongly recommend their knives and kitchen products and I think they would make wonderful presents for amateur chefs and beginners alike! Believe me, they will thank you for years to come.
