I received products from Mixed Bag Designs for this review. All opinions are my own.

My older daughter’s school just held a fundraiser. Like most schools, they were selling wrapping paper, jewelry, kitchen gadgets and candies. Most/all of the items were overpriced however, like a lot of parents, we purchased items to support her school. I began wondering what other fundraising goods where out “there.” Through a quick search of the internet, I found a company called Mixed Bag Designs.

Mixed Bag Designs began with the desire to offer a new and useful product for school fundraisers. They created a line of reusable bags in a plethora of styles, designs, sizes and uses. Mixed Bag Designs has helped many organizations with their fundraisers. They take pride in offering a new and exciting product for fundraisers. They want your organization’s fundraiser to be exciting and successful.

Even if you aren’t participating in a school fundraiser, you can shop and purchase Mixed Bag Designs. Their bags are great for taking to the market, on a weekend getaway and organizing supplies. I think they not only make great holiday gifts, but they also make great holiday gift holders. I know several women who would LOVE to receive a Mixed Bag Designs gift.

For my review, I received the Purple Croc Tote, Black & Cream Stripe Tote, a Purple & Navy Duo Shopper Set and a Brown Stripe Market Tote.

The Purple Croc Tote is a luxury tote. It is made with gorgeous purple faux leather in a croc pattern. It is 18”W x 13.5”H x 6”D. It is fully lined and has an interior zippered pocket. I love this bag; it is roomy and attractive.

The Black and Cream Stripe Tote makes a statement. It is one of the classiest tote bags I have ever seen. The Black and Cream Stripe Tote is 21”W x 12”H x 8”D. It is made of polyester and has patent handles with gold hardware. The bag is fully lined with an interior zip pocket and a flap pocket.

The Purple and Navy Duo Shopper Set is a great set of reusable shopping bags. They are made from woven polypropylene. They are recyclable and can be easily cleaned with a damp cloth. They shopping bags are 14”W x 14”H x 5”D. These are perfect for running errands, organizing your car and/or trips to the market. I am using one of these to hold my Mother-In-Laws Christmas gift and the other to hold her birthday gift.

The Brown Stripe Market Tote is a fun print. This bag is a great size to roll-up and keep in your purse or car glove box. It is made with lightweight poly-nylon. The Brown Stripe Market Tote measures at 16”W x 18”H.

Next year, I may take a more active role in organizing school fundraisers. I will definitely suggest Mixed Bag Designs and I will be able to show them how great these bags are.

My daughters school is doing this Fundraiser!
We have gone door to door selling & sold some online to friends & family!
    I love the bags!
The trash can tote for the vehicle is a big hit, I even got a couple of Men who bought the trash can tote!
We are still doing the Fundraiser until Nov. 15th =)
I have posted the website on my Facebook page everyday!

I have heard a lot about these bags and like the fact they are Eco friendly.

  • Thanks for sharing this review and giveaway with all of us! The Mixed Bag Designs have so many wonderful products that I just love.

I participated in a fundraiser for my grandson’s pre-school. For what they charge, I don’t feel that they are worth it. I could just as easily purchase these items for less money elsewhere. The quality control is not the best. One of the totes I purchased had some loose threads that if pulled would unravel the seam. I am happy to help my grandchild with the fundraiser, but I could just as easily give him money to donate to his school.

I don’t understand why everyone loves this company! Most of their products are crap & overpriced… the reusable tote duo mentioned in this review is $24 for plastic over paper! I’ve bought the same bags for $2 at my local supermarket. My son brought this home as a fundraiser for Mother’s Day. The $19 infinity scarf is the thinnest & stiffest I’ve ever seen… even at the cheapie stores. We ordered gifts 3 weeks ahead & they arrived a week AFTER Mother’s Day! When I called the company, they offered me 2 free products for my trouble, except one is the same crappy tote I am returning.

I thought these bags were way overpriced and the quality was junk. I actually cried when I received my order because I realized I paid $52 for three items that looked like they came from the 99 cent store, particularly the iPad car holder. The plastic was so wrinkled the iPad could even be seen. Never again. Eco friendly or not, these are not worth it.

I won a gift card from a fundraising event and just tried to redeem it and the code did not work. Nice fundraising place?
