I received products from Village Candle for this review. All opinions are my own.
I love scented candles! If I am at home, there is a good chance I have a candle burning and/or my wax melt warmer turned on. If my home doesn’t smell good to me, it puts me in a bad mood. When guests come over, I want them to walk into my home and have it smell comforting, inviting and pleasing.
I recently had the opportunity to review a few items from Village Candle. They offer a variety of candle products including jar, pillar, votive, taper, tealights, wood-wicked, décor candles, wax melts, room spray, air fresheners and candle accessories.
For my review, I received three 24 ounce candles from the NEW Décor Collection and a wax melt.
The NEW Décor Collection includes 18 ounce and 24 ounce jar candles. They are handcrafted in eye-catching colors, delightful scents and attractive jars. They have dual wicks for an even burn and an estimated burn time of up to 110 hours.
Wax melts (Simmerblends) are a great way to fill your home with fragrance without having a flame. Simply add a couple wax melt cubes to your warmer and relax. In minutes, your home will smell wonderful!
I received three different fragrances- Mulled Cider, Balsam Fir and Black Bamboo. Mulled Cider has a rich spice scent with undertones of maple and vanilla. It gives that consoling smell you can rely on during the holiday season. Balsam Fir has a fresh tree scent. It reminds me of our annual trip to the forest in search of the perfect Christmas tree. Last, but not least, Black Bamboo has a relaxing floral aroma. It sort of reminds me of how everything smells fresh and renewed after a spring rain. All three fragrances are wonderful.
I think products from Village Candle make great holiday gifts, teachers gifts and hostess gifts. They are festive, help set the holiday mood and smell terrific!

THREE lucky winners are going to receive a scented candle from the NEW Décor Collection. This is a US giveaway and it will end on 12/12/2013. Good Luck!
Hello, my name is Laurie. My family and I live near the Oregon coast. When we aren’t at work, in school, or on the volleyball court, we enjoy traveling, cheering for our favorite sports teams, playing outdoors, and checking off items on our bucket list. We are lucky in that both sets of our parents, as well as our siblings and their families, live within an hour of us. We get together often to help one another out, celebrate milestones, and go on adventures together.
