While summer is still a ways away, New Years resolutions are coming up. Many of us ladies, and men, decide to try to live a healthier lifestyle, and lose weight in the new year. Often times, a great motivator can be a particular outfit, or swimsuit that you’d like to fit into in the upcoming months. indieSWIM has a line of swimwear for women that are cute and stylish. I was very happy to be able to try out a swim suit from indieSWIM.

I received the following swimsuit from indieSWIM for review:

I received the Caneel top, and the Bathsheba bottom both in seafan blue.

The picture really doesn’t do this swim suit justice, it’s incredibly cute. It’s a really pretty bluish green color, and the ruffles on the top are really cute. The bottoms are like a boy-short, and have an adjustable tab in the back to allow you to have more or less backside coverage.

The Caneel Top comes in the Seafan blue pictured, as well as Mahi Gold, Nauti Navy, and Blue Seafan. The Bathsheba bottom comes in Abbey Road Stripe (white with black stripes), Blue Seafan, Grey Seafan, Sailor’s Delight Red, Noche Black (pictured above), and Signature Seafan.

The indieSWIM bikini swim suits all come separately, so you can pick the top and bottom you like. This allows you a bit more customization. Whenever I see swimsuits, I generally like the tops but the not the bottoms, or vice versa, so I really like that you can pick these out separately and get the exact top with the exact bottom you like.

Along with the mix and match two piece swimsuits, indieSWIM also has a one piece swimsuit, the Biscayne:

While I love the swimsuits, and find them really cute, I personally cannot wear indieSWIM swimsuits, as their sizes are too small for me. I have a large bust that wouldn’t fit into one of these tops, even when I was at my thinnest. I could fit into the bottoms, as they offer some in an XL, but the tops do not go above a large, or a C or D cup.

I gave this swimsuit to a friend of mine to try out for me, and report back. She did not want to be photographed in the swim suit, but she did really like it. She said it was comfortable, and really cute, and she couldn’t wait to wear it to the beach in the summer. She liked that the bottom was adjustable, so she could show more or less skin, depending on how confident she felt that day!
