Since I’ve gotten my dog, Lily, I’ve definitely become a dog lover. They really are “man’s best friend”. Even if you’re not a dog person yourself, you certainly know of one. I know of lots of people that love their dogs, some even a little too much! Dog is Good is a line of apparel and gifts inspired by dogs, for their owners. They have cute, dog related shirts, mugs, cards, you name it! I was very excited to be able to try out some products from Dog is Good.

I received products from Dog is Good for review. I received a few greeting cards from Dog is Good:

All the cards are really cute, and cheeky. The greeting cards are all dog related, except for the one cat card I received. They say things like, “OMG! I forgot to have children!”, “It’s all fun and games. . . until someone ends up in a cone”, “what happens at the dog park stays at the dog park”, and some sweet ones like, “make time for play”, and “giving is its own reward.” They’re all empty inside to leave room for whatever you want to say. They’d be great to give to any dog lover, or cat lover, as they also have cat cards.

I also received two mugs from Dog is Good:

I received the Dog. Codependent Mug, which says Dog is Good on one side, and has the quote on the other. Great for anyone who really loves their dog, and is “dog codependent”.

I also received the Your Dog Doesn’t Know Sit Mug:

This mug is really funny, definitely for adults only though. It’s a great red color, my favorite, and I’ve been using it a lot for my morning lattes. They both have held up really well. I’ve washed both of the mugs in the dishwasher a few times, and they still look just as good as when I got them.

I also received a few shirts from Dog is Good:

I received the Never Walk Alone Women’s Tee:

The front says, “Never Walk Alone”, and the back says, “It’s not where you walk, but who walks with you”. It’s in a really pretty light blue color, and it is a nice, relaxed fit. If you want a tight t-shirt, you should go a size lower than normal, but if you want it to be a relaxed, slightly loose fit, then the sizing is perfect. It’s made from 100% cotton. I thought this shirt is really cute, and I especially like to wear it when I’m walking my dog!

I also received the It’s All Fun and Games Tee which is a unisex t-shirt:

This shirt is heavier than the women’s shirt, and has longer sleeves, as you would expect from a unisex shirt. It’s a little bit bigger overall, but more of a straight fit. It’s made from 100% cotton. I personally wish the icon, and lettering were larger on the shirt. If you can’t read it, it says “It’s all fun and games until someone ends up in a cone,” and has a picture of a dog with a cone on it. Very cute, and funny, but I just wish it was a bit larger, so it was easier to see. Perhaps the icon and lettering appear larger on smaller sized shirts.

I also received the I Like Big Mutts Women’s Tee, which is my absolute favorite of the shirts that I got:

This is a women’s fit tee, in a nice dark heather grey color. It is 100% cotton, and a little bit heavier weight than the Never Walk Alone Tee. This one also has longer sleeves, which I really like, and think is more flattering for arms. The shirt itself is SO soft, I fell in love with it immediately. The “I Like Big Mutts” is really cute, and funny. This shirt has become my new favorite t-shirt. It has a nice, relaxed fit, but is still a woman’s fit, so it leaves room for a bust, and hips unlike unisex shirts. If you want a tight t-shirt, I would go a size down, but if you want a nice, looser fit, then the sizing is really accurate.

The t-shirts from Dog is Good have all held up really nicely. I’ve washed them a few times, and I haven’t seen any crackling of the designs, and there hasn’t been any shrinkage, as all are pre-shrunk.

Overall, I really liked my dog related apparel, and gift items from Dog is Good. If you’re a dog lover, or know one, you should definitely check them out!
