For Christmas my daughters asked for Madame Alexander dolls. I was a little surprised because they hadn’t shown much interest in dolls. I did some research and was really impressed with Madame Alexander. They had a good selection of dolls to choose from, they appeared to be high quality and were reasonably priced compared to others. I also noted that Madame Alexander dolls are for ages 3 and up, whereas other dolls are suggested for ages 8 years and older. We decided to go ahead and purchase them each a Favorite Friend doll. The girls LOVE their new dolls. I think they have played with them every day since receiving them. The Madame Alexander Favorite Friends dolls were everything we hoped they would be and more. For once, I feel like we made a great choice on their gifts.

While I was researching the dolls, I discovered a company called Dollie & Me. Dollie & Me is an apparel and accessory line made for all 18 inch dolls. If your little one has an 18 inch doll from another line, you can be confident Dollie & Me items will fit them too! They also have Dollie & Me matching outfits so your little one and their doll can dress alike. These outfits come in sizes 2T and up.

For our review, the girls received matching outfit sets. Cheyenne received the Growing Flower outfit and Savannah received the Girl with the Shades outfit.

Growing Flower outfit has a blue and white striped tunic with coral lace skirt, an attached coral cardigan and blue leggings. The torso of the tunic is adorned with a beautiful satin flower and rick-rack stem.

Girl with the Shades outfit has a coral and white striped tunic with a blue taffeta skirt and coral leggings. The bodice of the tunic is embellished with a print of a trendy fashionista wearing her sunglasses. It also has a satin flower and hair bow.

Our Dollie & Me items were exactly what I wanted- cute and very well made. As you can see in the photos, my daughters were thrilled to have new outfits for themselves and “Emily” and “Abby”.

In addition to their new outfits, the girls received a set of Fashion Mix-Ups! Charm bracelets. The set comes with a bracelet for you and one for your doll.

You can mix and match charms, share with your friends and collect additional sets. Our set came with 9 charms and a Collector’s Booklet showing over 100 charms and explaining their personalities.

Savannah chose the doll bracelet. “Emily” is wearing it in the photo. Cheyenne is wearing the larger bracelet.
