I have come to love Tommee Tippee products. Baby A is 3 months old and so far we have had great success with all the products we have tried. I never used Tommee Tippee when Little C was born and honestly I don’t even know if the brand was around. From the bottle prep machine to the diaper pail I would recommend Tommee Tippee to anyone.
For this review I have received the new Three Ring Circus sippy cups. There are four different styles of cups that come along with this super cute design. Speaking of design, I really didn’t know what to expect. As a kid I didn’t like the circus mainly because I was scared of clown and to this day I would still rather not be around them. All I could picture with these new cups was bright big clown faces on them, lol. Thank goodness I was wrong. They all have cute little animals on them doing acts or stunts that you would see at a circus. I love the color of the cups that I received for Baby A. The cups are all bright blue, bright red and white. The three different designs for the cups that I received are Truly Spill Proof Sporty Bottle, Truly Spill Proof Spout Cup, and Truly Spill Proof Straw Cup.
The Truly Spill Proof Sporty Cup is for infants 12 months and older. The sporty cup is honestly one of my favorites even thought Baby A is nowhere near being able to use them. I am honestly hoping that I can train him on them around the age of 10 months because we are taking a trip to Disney World and I would love to take these along. The sporty cup has a nozzle just like adult water bottles except that you don’t have to push the nozzle up and down. Because it is spill proof, all your little one has to do is drink out of it and then you can store it back in a diaper bag and it is ready for the next time your baby needs a sip. The cup will hold 12 ounces.
The Truly Spill Proof Spout Cup is for infants 7-12 months of age and holds 11 ounces. Once I train Baby A on a sippy cup and get him used to sucking out of one I am going to transition him to this cup. It is by far one of the best looking sippy cups for younger infants that I have seen. The cup of course is plastic, but it has a rubber feel where your little one holds onto it to drink. I am hoping that in the summer months if I have to put ice in the cup that it won’t get wet and slippery. I know with Little C that was always a problem and he didn’t like the condensation on the cup. The spout is soft, but not so soft that you can squeeze it and have liquid spill out of it. We used to have that problem with Little C’s cups as well. The other factor that I love about these cups is that the spout has a plastic cover that flips back and forth to cover the spout keeping it clean and away from germs. That is so important to me as a parent. I like to keep as many germs away from Baby A as I possibly can.
The last cup I received was the Truly Spill Proof Straw Cup. This cup is designed for 12 months and older, but to be very honest with you Little C pretty much started out with a straw cup. We of course introduced a regular sippy cup at first, but he just liked the straws better and would drink more out of them then a normal sippy cup. We will see if the same holds true for Baby A. Either way, I know I will be happy with this straw cup whenever Baby A uses it. The only trouble I had with the cup was putting the straw back in the cup after cleaning it. I had to actually look at the instructions which isn’t always a bad thing. I am hoping that the more I do it the easier it will get. Despite the trouble I had with putting the cup back together I still like it and look forward to using it. I also wish the cup held more, but it holds 9 ounces which isn’t terrible. Your little one will most likely need help opening the cover whenever they need a drink. I have let Little C try and he can open it sometimes, but not always and he is 5 years old. Those are just a few thoughts about the straw cup.
If you are looking for high quality sippy cups for your little one make sure to look into Tommee Tippee and find the great new Three Ring Circus designs available. They are fun and durable! You can also find more information about Tommee Tippee on Facebook and Twitter.

Great review. We have always used Tommee Tippee cups since my first was born, and I’m sure we’ll continue to use them for years to come! 🙂 My little one just turned a year, and it’s been great to be able to give him a cup of milk and put him to bed with no worries about it spilling! 🙂

Thank you for the pics actually- that shows me the parts and I like to know how many parts come with a cup before I buy! Thank you!
I’ve been trying to find a cup that my little one (11 months) might like – the The Truly Spill Proof Spout Cup sounds perfect. Thanks for the review!
