*I was provided with a BSwim bathing suit. All opinions are my own.
I have such a hard time finding bathing suits that I like the fit of. I want to feel confident in my bathing suit without feeling like I am covering up more than usual for someone my age (22). I am pear shaped, so I usually require a larger size bottom than top. To try and balance myself out, I look for a lined or padded top. When looking at padded bathing suits, the under-wire is often very visible so they almost look like a bra top which makes me really uncomfortable.
I was browsing through the bathing suits at BSWIM and found the Nior bathing suits. I went with the Nior Hollywood Halter Top and the Pucker Up Buttercup Bikini Bottom. The suit is hand-wash only. While I want to feel confident in my bathing suit, I prefer to not draw attention so I liked that the suit was just a solid color, yet there are several small details about the suit that make it unique and an interesting suit.
The top has two gold accent pieces – one in the center of the chest and the second connects the lower strap to the rest of the suit. Instead of being flat across, the front of the suit has cinching that cause ripples in the fabric. It also helps hide the chest support area, so it doesn’t look so much like a bra. The neck straps connect to the cups with a unique triangle-shaped design – all of these little details just make the suit feel unique. The top has two functional features that I love. The first is there is padding but only in the lower portion and the sides so that it supports your body in a flattering way. The neck strap is a traditional tie-on, but the lower strap has an adjustable piece that lets you get the perfect fit. I can’t even guess how many times I have tied a suit on, gotten in the water and then had the material relax and stretch so it was too lose. So, I love the super adjustable strap.
The bottoms have a cinched backside but unlike many cinched bathing suit bottoms, they still provide moderate coverage. There is a gold accent piece in the center of the back of the bottoms and the sides are held together with ties.
For sizing, I found the suit to be pretty true to size. I ordered a small top and a medium bottom. I wear a 34B bra and I feel like the top is really close to being too small cup-wise, though it does fit. I normally can wear a small bathing suit but I think the padding makes it a bit tighter than it would otherwise be. I wear a juniors size 5 jeans and the medium bottoms fit great.
Whether you are like me and prefer a subtle suit that gives you confidence, or whether you already have all the confidence and just want all the eyes on you, check out BSWIM. They have several other lines that are solid colors as well as bright, neon designs like the ones below.
What is your swim suit style? Single colored & subtle or bright and eye-grabbing?

I like the cinched back on that suit and am glad to hear it still provides good coverage.

I have to have a sports bra under my swimming suite. It is very hard to find a swimming suite that can cover me up and support the girls.
That is a cute suit. I love the scrunching on the bottoms.
