Modest Swimwear can be hard to find.  I’ve actually found it impossible to locate in any stores near us.  A few moms were chatting at a local gathering and we were all frustrated with the fact that we couldn’t find the style suits we were looking for.  Not for ourselves or for our daughters.  So I turned to the internet in hopes of locating a suit for our daughter.  I am so grateful I came across Simply Modest Swimwear.  Not only do they offer suits for women, they also carry children’s sizes as well as the option for custom-made and even patterns and material for those who are crafty.

Our daughter recently turned 9 and was thrilled when she found out she was getting a new suit from Simply Modest Swimwear.  I chose to go with a ready made suit because I get nervous when I have to measure.  While the little girls sizes are available in 4, 5, 6, and 7, the big girls goes from 8 to 10, to 12 and then 14.  While she can still fit into some size 8 clothing, I typically buy her size 9 and 10.  I did consult both the size chart and owner of Simply Modest Swimwear because her measurements were definitely closer to the size 8 suit but I decided to size up so she would be able to get a couple years use out of her suit.

The suit arrived on a gloriously snowy cold day in April.  But hey, that’s what we get in Minnesota.  Thankfully, it is now starting to warm up and the snow has since disappeared.  As soon as we saw the suit, both of us were in awe.  It is beautiful.  The colors are bright and the pattern is simply gorgeous.  The style is such that it could be worn to the park or out and about without anyone even knowing it was a suit.  Perfect for the upcoming Summer days when we have a full day of activities planned.  She will be able to put her suit on in the morning and be ready to hit the beach when it’s time.

The size 10 is slightly looser than the 8 would have been but it still fits quite nicely.  Simply Modest Swimwear is made from swimsuit material and she is able to run and move easily in this lightweight suit.

We have both fallen in love with this suit.  I can’t think of a single thing I would change.  The design is nice.  Because it is two pieces, bathroom breaks and changes will be much quicker and easier.  The colors are nice and bright so I know I will be able to spot her easily at the beach or pool.  In her words, “I love it!  It’s going to be so much fun swimming this year!”
