I received products from Weight Watchers for my review. All opinions are my own.
When you are trying to watch what you eat or even are trying to lose some weight, treats can be a bit confusing. Are you allowed to have a treat? If so, what can you have and how often? While losing 50+ pounds, I learned that it was OK for me to have a small treat, once a day. It actually helped me to stay on track because I wasn’t depriving myself of the things I truly enjoyed. The key for me was finding portion controlled items and learning which brands I could “trust.”
Weight Watchers has a new line of frozen ice cream treats. Each treat is portion controlled and each treat is worth 3 Weight Watchers points. I recently had the opportunity to try some of the new Weight Watchers ice cream treats. For my review, I received Strawberry Swirl Greek Frozen Yogurt Cups, Black Cherry Swirl Greek Frozen Yogurt Cups, Mint Chocolate Ice Cream Cups, Chocolate Fudge Brownie Cups and Salted Caramel Ice Cream Candy Bars.
Salted Caramel Ice Cream Candy Bars have 120 calories, 6 grams of fat and 0 grams of trans fat. They are delectable. The combination of milk chocolate, caramel ice cream and salted caramel drizzle is delicious! It is the perfect blend of sweet and salty!
The ice cream cups and frozen yogurt cups are also delicious. They have approximately 100 calories (each flavor is different) and 1 gram of fat. They are a good source of protein and fiber. I wish I could choose a favorite flavor for you, but they honestly were all very good.
Eating healthy can be tricky. It worked for me to try a few new things each week and see if they were things I could incorporate into my daily schedule. Some were and some were not. Weight Watchers ice cream treats are going to be a staple in my freezer. This way when I want a treat, I will have an enjoyable portion controlled option waiting for me.

Hello, my name is Laurie. My family and I live near the Oregon coast. When we aren’t at work, in school, or on the volleyball court, we enjoy traveling, cheering for our favorite sports teams, playing outdoors, and checking off items on our bucket list. We are lucky in that both sets of our parents, as well as our siblings and their families, live within an hour of us. We get together often to help one another out, celebrate milestones, and go on adventures together.

Hello to all, the contents present at this site are truly awesome
for people experience, well, keep up the nice work fellows. -
I’m more of a frozen yogurt than ice cream girl but other family members would love these, no doubt. Snacks are the hardest thing to give up with dieting and weight watcher snacks can really help.
Those look really good and I wouldn’t feel guilty eating them!
