I was recently asked to review a shirt from TheFlagShirt.com. I jumped at the opportunity because my wardrobe was completely lacking patriotic apparel. As I was looking through all the items at TheFlagShirt.com, a few items stood out to me. The one item I kept coming back to was the Alternative Ladies Stars Pullover Hoodie. I decided that was a sign and it was meant to be.
The Alternative Ladies Stars Pullover Hoodie has a navy blue background, cream stars and a cream draw-string cord. This is a lighter weight hoodie making it perfect for layering. The sweatshirt material is some of the softest I have ever felt…it’s like climbing into a warm hug. The cut of the hoodie is figure flattering and comfortable to wear.
The Alternative Ladies Stars Pullover Hoodie is available in sizes S, M, L and XL. I think the sizes of the hoodie are right on.
I have worn my Alternative Ladies Stars Pullover Hoodie a few times. On cool or rainy days (we have a lot of those in Oregon) I usually wear it with my favorite distressed jeans and navy converse tennis shoes I also just wore it on Memorial day with jean shorts and my converse tennis shoes. This was a great outfit for our family gathering and BBQ.
I think the Alternative Ladies Stars Pullover Hoodie is a fun piece of patriotic apparel. It makes a statement of American pride without going over the top.

I absolutely love patriotic clothing and even have flag inspired tennis shoes! I mostly have just tee shirts in this print, so a flag hoodie would be very cool to own and wear. It’s a pattern that never goes out of style!
