I received product from Lunch Balancer for my review. All opinions are my own.
Each day I make sure my daughters get nutritious lunches. My goal is that all the food groups are included plus a small treat. I want them to get the essential vitamins and minerals to be able to live long healthy lives.
Unfortunately, when it comes to my own lunch, I don’t spend as much time planning or preparing them as I probably should. I usually grab something quick in between whatever else I am doing. I intend to choose healthy options but that isn’t always what is convenient.
I recently learned of a company called Lunch Balancer. They offer subscription boxes that contain high protein and low carb lunches that are convenient. Lunch Balancer meals are a great option whether you’re running errands, having a busy day at the office, traveling, studying in school or on a fun adventure. They are easy to grab on the go and enjoy!
Inside a Lunch Balancer box, you will find five full lunches made up of individual single-serving foods. Each meal contains 3-5 items and is color coded.
Not only are Lunch Balancer meals easy but they are also nutritionally balanced. Each meal contains 21 to 28 grams of protein. When you consume protein with low carbs, you feel full and are satisfied for a longer period of time. This also helps regulate blood sugar levels.
In my Lunch Balancer box, I had natural almonds, quinoa chips, couscous soup, turkey jerky, protein pretzels, almond butter, roasted chickpeas, chocolate macaroons, pumpkin seeds, protein bars, roasted edamame and more. Every day was something new and that was exciting. I really liked having the opportunity to try foods that I had never heard of or had seen in the stores but hadn’t tried. I discovered some foods that I really enjoyed and have now purchased them in full-sizes.
I had a good time trying Lunch Balancer. I think they have a fun service.

Hello, my name is Laurie. My family and I live near the Oregon coast. When we aren’t at work, in school, or on the volleyball court, we enjoy traveling, cheering for our favorite sports teams, playing outdoors, and checking off items on our bucket list. We are lucky in that both sets of our parents, as well as our siblings and their families, live within an hour of us. We get together often to help one another out, celebrate milestones, and go on adventures together.

That is pretty interesting. I think I would love not having to figure out what to choose that day.
