I received products from Good Night Snoring for my review. All opinions are my own.

My mom recently told me that her husband told her she snored. I knew the thought of her snoring was bothering her. I was asked to review a Good Night Anti-Snoring Ring and decided to ask her for her help. The following are my mom’s words:

Well, I never thought I snored (I was once told that I “purred”) until just a few months ago.  I don’t know why but hearing this bothered me….a lot.   To be totally honest, it has kept me awake some nights.  I don’t want to fall asleep and snore.  There have been a few occasions when I have even woken myself up snoring…usually when I roll over onto my back.

Long story short. I became aware of Good Night Anti-Snoring Ring and thought I’d give it a try because I don’t like putting chemicals into my body if I can avoid it.  You ask…how a ring could stop someone from snoring?  Well, according to the folks at Good Night, this ring works by pressing against two acupressure points that are located on our little finger.  You can’t tell by looking at the ring that it is anything other than a normal ring.   The pressure activators are located inside the ring where no one can see them.

The beauty of this anti-snore product is that there are no side effects, it doesn’t take time to build up into your system before it becomes effective, it’s fully adjustable and comes in three different sizes.

It is recommended that you only wear this ring while you are sleeping (you put it on about 30 minutes before you want to fall asleep).  Do not wear the ring for more than 12 hours at a time or when you are not sleeping because your body learns to adjust to the pressure.

I have worn the ring a few times and my husband tells me that he can’t hear me snore…and I haven’t woken myself up snoring so I’m assuming it’s working.
