About 2 years ago, I began drinking protein shakes. I find them to be a nice morning or afternoon snack between meals. I have tried a few different brands over the years; some were OK and others were not so much. At the risk of sounding like a cheesy infomercial, my all-time favorite protein shake comes from Vega!!!
Vega offers products that support a vegan/plant based diet. At Vega, they believe in creating products that not only help us to look and feel our best but also do the same for the planet. Vega takes great pride in being sustainable.
Vega has created a line of clean living, whole food, and high nutrition products. They currently offer a variety of shakes, bars, supplements, electrolyte drinks, and more.
For my review, I received two Vega One Nutritional Shake mixes in French Vanilla and Vanilla Chai.
Vanilla shakes are my preferred flavor. Vanilla is delicious on its own but is also a great foundation for you to build upon. I have added a bit of unsweetened cocoa powder to create a chocolate shake. I have added banana, with and without nut butter. I have added fresh from the garden strawberries and blueberries. Today I added organic cherries and a few chocolate chips. No matter how I drink my shakes, I love them.
Each Vega One shake contains 6g of fiber, 3 servings of vegetables, antioxidants, 15 g protein, probiotics and omega-3. On the days when I don’t get to drink my shakes (for whatever reason) I feel sluggish. I can tell that my body is missing those nutrients.
I strongly suggest Vega shakes!

I was lucky enough to try an envelope size sample of one serving of Vega. I liked it and would love to try their other flavors besides vanilla. Great that it’s high fiber too.
