For most of my life I kept fairly short hair. I would occasionally have issues with breakage and split ends, but I would just cut my hair shorter to solve the problem. I didn’t mind having my hair really short back then so it wasn’t really a problem for me. A few years ago, I decided to try to grow my hair out. My goal was to grow it out longer than it had ever been before. So I’ve been a bit worried about what this winter will do to my hair. I often experience more split ends and breakage during the winter because my hair is drier that time of year. I recently learned that Suave Professionals has a product just for split ends. It’s called Suave Professionals Split End Rescue and it claims to reduce your split ends by up to 70%. It’s been clinically proven to strengthen hair as well as Paul Mitchell Super Strong daily shampoo! I haven’t tried it yet but I want to, so I was excited to see how affordable it is. Right now it’s on rollback at Walmart for just $2.50 for the shampoo and $2.50 for the conditioner.
I plan to pick some up to try this winter. My hair is now longer than it had ever been before, but I want to keep it growing. I am trimming my hair when really needed, but I don’t want to make cuts just because I have split ends. It’s take me almost 3 years to get my hair as long as it is now, I don’t want anything to slow down my progress.
Have you tried Suave Professionals Split Ends Rescue? How do you keep your hair healthy?
