Recently, I shared with you my review for tasty treats from Newman’s Own Organics. Today I want to share with you items from their nutritious line of pet food.
Newman’s Own Organic knows how important our furry family members are to us. So in addition to creating foods for us, they also create food and treats for cats and dogs.
Kaylee, our black lab, was able to try Newman’s Own Organic Adult Dog Formula dry dog food, Premium wet dog food in a variety of flavors, Premium Peanut Butter Dog Treats, and the Chicken & Rice Recipe Snack Sticks.
Kaylee really seems to enjoy the Newman’s Own Organic treats. I am not sure if she prefers the peanut butter or the chicken & rice; she gobbles both of them up.
We have always given Kaylee dry dog food. I wasn’t sure how she would react to wet food. At first she looked at me, like I had given her the wrong thing. Then she tried it and loved it. She gets really excited now when I combine the Newman’s Own Organic dry dog food with the wet dog food. She wags her tail and dances to her food dish!
Kaylee is a senior dog. As she gets older, I am noticing her teeth and gums are becoming more sensitive. I like knowing she enjoys the wet dog food as I have a feeling we will be transitioning to that has her dental problems progress.
I appreciate knowing that Newman’s Own Organics goes to great lengths to create nutritious treats that are safe for our furry family members. With all the media attention on pets getting treats that have caused them to be ill or even die, it can be scary. I know that Newman’s Own Organics is doing their best to make sure Kaylee is safe and happy.
