Thank you to ABC Yoga For Kids for providing product, free of charge. All opinions are my own.
Yoga has become increasingly more popular over the years and it’s been known to provide many different benefits for both adults and children. However, most yoga classes and programs tend to be designed at adult levels. So Teresa Anne Power, who has been practicing yoga for over 30 years and has been a teacher for 10, created The ABC Yoga For Kids so children could also reap the benefits that yoga offers.
The ABC Yoga For Kids product line includes: The ABCs of Yoga For Kids Calendar, Book, 24″x36″ Poster, Coloring Book, Learning Cards, Hair Ties, DVD, and printable Coloring Sheets. The variety of benefits that Yoga For Kids can have includes development of discipline, increased focus, building balance and flexibility, increased concentration, easing of stress, promotes calmness, strengthens auditory processing, aids in cognitive functions of sequencing and memory as well as many others.
This is the first introduction to Yoga that our children have had and they have been enjoying using ABC Yoga For Kids because it’s easy for them to understand and do. The pictures are really great and geared for children which makes the program fun. Our kids enjoy taking turns choosing a handful of poses to try and practice each time they do Yoga.

I’m a city girl turned country by my awesome husband and we have three busy boys and two darling daughters. I love spending time with my family, reading Karen Kingsbury novels, and catching up with friends while our kiddos have play dates. I’m blessed beyond measure and can’t wait to see what God has in store.

I started yoga when I was a teenager and decades later, still do it. I have a yoga DVD for teen girls and think little boys would benefit from it too. Great to teach yoga and ABCs too!
This would make a great gift for grand kids
