Buca di Beppo is a restuarant known for having a fun vintage atmosphere and yummy Italian food. They have decided to offer a Thanksgiving Feast event. If you don’t feel like spending your entire day cooking and then cleaning up the mess, head to Buca di Beppo to have Thanksgiving dinner without having to do any of the clean up!

You can dine in or order out. Regardless of which way you go, your meal will include:

Sliced white meat turkey or hickory smoked ham

homestyle gravy

roasted garlic mashed potatoes

spicy italian sausage stuffing

green beans

cranberry sauce

If you dine in, you’ll also get pumpkin pie! One year I tried making a pumpkin pie for Thanksgiving – it wasn’t even made from scratch but I must have mis-timed it because when I went to remove it from the oven it was still liquid. I didn’t have a good grip on the edges of the foil pan so the weight of the pie made it collapse in the center and I couldn’t get it up onto the counter in time so it made a huge mess. We were suppose to already have left the house to make it to a family dinner in time so we didn’t have time to clean it up. When I got home later it had hardened into the carpet and was so disgusting. It was an absolute disaster!

Doesn’t it sound nice to just make a reservation and show up hungry instead of working away all day? You can dine in as a group of three or six. If you’re looking to include the entire family, you order out enough for 10 or even 20 people. Most locations offer curb-side pickup so you can stop and grab the food in a hurry. The dine-out option is a great way to have a delicious meal as a family where everyone can participate in socialization because nobody is stuck in the kitchen cooking, preparing and cleaning up or doing dishes afterwards.

If you aren’t feeling in the thanksgiving food mood the day of, the regular Buca italian menu will be available on Thanksgiving as well. This is a great option for anyone who might celebrate Thanksgiving on another day (we sometimes celebrate the wekeend before or after) and who is looking for a regular dinner on the day of. Most locations will open at 11am.

I often get excited about seeing family and think of ideas for the time we spend together. Sometimes i’ll think about a board game or movie that I want to share with them. Often times, we get so busy with the holiday preparations and clean up that I don’t get to spend nearly as much time just sitting down face to face and chatting or playing a game together as I would like. Would you consider making Thanksgiving reservations and letting someone else do the cooking so that you could spend more time together as a family? Which dish from Buca di Beppo thanksgiving feast sounds the best to you?

Doesn’t it look & sound good?
