Winter came in like a lion just a couple weeks ago and my skin can definitely feel the effects already. Every Winter, I suffer from dry skin and patches that bother me as a result to the harsh elements. The top of my hands and wrists seem to be the biggest problem area each Winter, as I assume that part gets exposed easily when my coat sleeve slides up as I focus my attention on our children as we load and unload the vehicle and hurry into stores when out shopping or homes as we visit family and friends. So I was happy to party with OSEA to see if we could find a solution.
I was sent the OSEA Body Exfoliation Set for this review. This set is geared for all skin types and helps exfoliate and renew skin. The Salt of the Earth Body Scrub combines tropical Shea Butter, Organic Algae Extracts, and some of the Earth’s Mineral Rich Salt Blends. The ingredients do separate slightly so there is a note saying to stir before use on the jar. (The jar comes plump full so it’s a little tricky stirring the first couple times.) Then I gently rubbed the scrub onto my arms and legs and rinsed. I could feel a difference right away as my skin felt much smoother after application.
After I patted my skin dry, I then applied the Anti-Aging Body Balm. The pump allows me to easily acquire the amount needed without making a mess. This mineral infused Balm went on smoothly and left my skin feeling silky and soft.
After using the OSEA Body Exfoliation Set a few times (4-6) a week for a couple weeks now, I’m happy to report that my skin has definitely improved. The dry patches are almost completely gone and my skin feels great! I even think the dry spots will be completely gone within another week or so. I love using these products and look forward to applying them as they definitely give me a feeling of spa treatment right in my own bathroom.
