For my review, I received three premium round 26 ounce jar candles- NEW Warm Buttered Bread, Winter Wonderland, and Black Bamboo.
Warm Buttered Bread brings back those comforting memories of walking into the kitchen as a loaf of fresh homemade bread is being pulled out of the hot oven. It smells exactly as it says; you can smell the yeast and all the other ‘ingredients’.
Winter Wonderland is all the fragrances of the holiday season combined. It smells like fresh cut Christmas trees, new fallen snow and crisp clean air. This is a nice festive candle to burn during the holiday seasons.
Black Bamboo is my favorite Village Candle fragrance. I received this fragrance last year and really enjoyed it. Black Bamboo has hints of lotus flower, fern and cedar wood. It actually reminds me of my husband; it smells masculine and sophisticated.
I try to pick up a few extra candles around the holiday season to have on hand for gifts. Candles are a great gift idea if you have someone on your shopping list and aren’t real sure what to get them.

Hello, my name is Laurie. My family and I live near the Oregon coast. When we aren’t at work, in school, or on the volleyball court, we enjoy traveling, cheering for our favorite sports teams, playing outdoors, and checking off items on our bucket list. We are lucky in that both sets of our parents, as well as our siblings and their families, live within an hour of us. We get together often to help one another out, celebrate milestones, and go on adventures together.
