While shopping at a local craft fair, I came upon a booth for Tru Essential skin care. At first what caught my attention was the founder talking about his product line. You could feel the passion he had for his business from across the school gymnasium. As I got closer, I became intrigued about the products themselves. After discussing the ingredients, their purpose and quality, I wanted to try Tru Essential product line for myself.
For my review, I received a Starter Kit.
The Starter Kit includes a 30ml Benefits, 50ml Clean, 15ml Awakening and 15ml Restful-repair. With the products given, you have a complete 2 month supply.
Clean is an exquisite facial cleanser. It removes makeup, dirt, bacteria and excess oil. It leaves you clean without drying you out. It does a great job of removing fiber mascara!
The Benefits cream is an anti-aging solution plus an overall great moisturizer. I love using this cream on my face as well as my elbows, knees and heels…a little goes a long way!
Restful-repair is a night time serum designed to help you relax and refresh your skin. I give myself a facial massage with Restful-repair right before going to bed every night. It feels amazing and really does help me drift off to sleep better/faster.
Awakening is a great way to start your day. This formula is designed to sooth and hydrate your skin. I apply Awakening right before I put on my make-up. It doesn’t make my face oily or my make-up run.
Not only do these products work great, but they are also made of quality and well thought out ingredients. They haven’t added anything that isn’t vital to the product working. Many of their products contain top of the line essential oils, for example- edelweiss, lavender, rosemary, peppermint, litsea cueba, elemi, lavender, and ho wood. GLA, vitamins A, B, C, D and E and omega 3’s are also included.

Hello, my name is Laurie. My family and I live near the Oregon coast. I really like small starter kits because I hate investing a lot in products that may or may not work. These are a little pricey for me but I do love the packaging.
