My husband works at a logging supply company. I heard that they were looking for a new line of rain boots to offer their customers. I told them about a line of rain boots I had recently began looking into. One thing lead to another and now they carry Bogs Footwear. Most of the company employees received a pair of Bogs boots to try; they all seemed to be impressed. This had me wanting a pair even more!
I reached out to Bogs Footwear and they were happy to send me a pair of their NEW women’s Pearl Slip On Boots.The Pearl Slip On Boot is a sport waterproof leather boot. It has Rebound Technology on a tough outsole. The inside has DuraFresh bio-technology to fight odors, dual-density EVA and Ortho-Lite for comfort. The Pearl Slip On Boot is available in four colors- chocolate (shown in my photos), black, cinnamon, and tan.
Living in Oregon, the rainy state, you would think I would have several pairs of rain boots, but I don’t. This is actually my first pair of women’s rain boots. I find the Pearl Slip On Boot to be comfortable. It is the perfect combination of fashion and function. The trendy bootie style is fun to wear with my outfits. I appreciate that the leather is waterproof and keeps my feet dry and warm throughout our rainy days. The slip-resistant gum rubber outsole looks like it will provide nice traction if we see ice or snow this winter.
My only, issue with the Pearl Slip On Boot is that it is a bit difficult to get on. Like with other slip on boots, I am sure it will loosen up a bit the more it is worn. If you have a wide foot, you might want to consider the Pearl Lace Boot instead. It has a similar design but laces rather than slip-on.
