The first time I saw Freshly Picked Moccasins, I fell in love with the charming style. All of the adorable colors was just icing on the cake. So when I was able to partner for a review last year, I was thrilled to be able to see them close up. Over the past ten months, our son has worn his moccasins so much that he has actually worn them out. (Of course, being 2, he’s always on the go. Run Run Run! I wish I had his energy!) So this time around, I was happy to review a pair for our newest family member.
I was sent a pair of 100% Genuine Leather Freshly Picked Merci Limited Edition Moccasins for our five month old daughter. (There were so many choices that, after spending almost an hour scouring over them, I finally called our 9 year old daughter over to make the final decision of which pair to get!) Upon opening, we were quite pleased. The Merci Moccs are stylish, fun, and perfect for so many outfits. I did consult the size chart and should have ordered a 2 but chose a 3 to get longer use. While slightly big, they are still wearable for her already. So if in doubt, definitely consult the chart as it is quite accurate.
These moccs are designed with an elastic band around the ankle which aids in an easy on but also helps to keep them on the child’s feet. The soles are completely flexible and great for children’s developing feet. While some may not agree, I find shoes for both infants and toddlers a necessity. Not only do they keep socks on, which is a feat in itself, they help keep feet warmer too. Add in the fact that they are stylish as can be and Freshly Picked makes a great choice.

I’m a city girl turned country by my awesome husband and we have three busy boys and two darling daughters. I love spending time with my family, reading Karen Kingsbury novels, and catching up with friends while our kiddos have play dates. The House That Lars Built are adorable. I do like the ones above better but for a change they are cute.
