Life can be busy, messy, and fun. Thankfully, there are products out there that help with the little things and make life run a little more smoothly. One company that has really nailed it with some of their products is BooginHead LLC.
Babies love to drop things. We’ve all played this game. Our daughter is 6 months old and at the prime age for considering this to be the best game ever. I, as her game partner, disagree. While it was cute the first two, three, and four times she threw her toy, I quickly became tired of this pick up game. Enter the BooginHead LLC SippiGrip. This ingenious product is adjustable and one end can hold a toy or sippy cup while the other can be attached to a stroller, car seat, baby carrier, and more! This is especially great for on-the-go and is washable. End result, toys no longer end up on the dirty ground or floor and babies can still grab them back up by the strap. I can’t stress enough how much I truly love this product. Plus, they also have a PaciGrip version for the little ones who love their nuks!
Next up is the BooginHead Pack’Ems, Squeez’Ems, and Splat Mat. Used separately or combined, these three products are a great addition to daily use and, our favorite, picnics! The Pack’Ems are a 2-pack set of reusable velcro closure baggies. One is a sandwich size and the other is a smaller snack size. The velcro closure works really well and gave us a solid seal to keep our food fresh. The best part is that I was able to toss in the sink and wash with hot soapy water instead of tossing in the garbage. Earth friendly is always a plus!
BooginHead also offers another Earth friendly option in their Sqeez’Ems. While I am anxious to use these with our little one once she starts food and I can try my hand at baby food making, for now, our older kids are enjoying topping these off with applesauce. They are really easy to fill with the nice wide opening. The only thing I have a hard time with is that you have to turn the top right to open (which is opposite of everything else I’ve ever used and the old adage my dad taught me “righty tighty lefty loosey.) BooginHead does have it marked with an arrow though, which helps.
The BooginHead SplatMat is available in two different designs and measures in at a round 52 inches. This is a lightweight mat that can be placed under a high chair to catch the mess that little ones like to make. But my favorite use is for outdoors, picnics and play time. With our little one at the age she is, the SplatMat is perfect to lay her on while we enjoy the nice Spring weather. The mat is lightweight and folds small so it’s perfect to take with to the nearby parks, beach, and playgrounds. I would really love to see BooginHead offer a slightly weighted version as well so it would stay laying flat when it’s breezy out but I much prefer our SplatMat to a blanket because, if it gets dirty, I can wipe down with a cloth and it’s clean and ready to go again.
